- 340B or Reimbursement and Compliance Attorney

Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman is the nation’s largest law firm focused on matters specific to health care. Hall Render is seeking a healthcare attorney to support and grow our industry-leading 340B practice. We are looking for an attorney with substantial experience in the 340B drug discount program or substantial experience in hospital reimbursement and compliance with an interest in expanding their practice into the 340B program. This is a key role for an attorney with who is looking to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment. A successful candidate will advise covered entities and healthcare providers on compliance strategies, regulatory developments, audits, and enforcement trends in a constantly evolving regulatory landscape. This position is open to any office, with remote work flexibility possible depending on qualifications and experience.
We’re looking for:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. Jurisdiction
- A minimum of 5 years of legal practice, with substantial experience with the 340B drug discount program or substantial experience in hospital reimbursement and compliance with an interest in expanding their practice into the 340B program.
- Strong understanding of matters affecting healthcare operations, such as the sourcing, delivery, dispensing and reimbursement of pharmaceuticals, state and federal government payor issues, and collaborative practice models.
