Position Overview: 

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in handling a variety of family law cases from intake through resolution
Appear in court for hearings
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
Participate in mediations, depositions, and settlement discussions

Requirements

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Virginia
3+ years of experience practicing Family Law is required
Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
Comfortable communicating with clients during emotional or stressful situations
