Requirements

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated associate attorney (with an active license and in good standing with Texas State Bar) to join our team and grow this practice alongside our managing partner. This role requires a strong communicator with a client-first mindset as well as a full-time, in-person presence. The ideal candidate must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively while managing a diverse caseload. Important qualities include empathy, professionalism, ethical judgment and the ability to build client trust in emotionally sensitive situations. You’ll be supported with resources, mentorship and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role. Experience would be preferred but if you are an active and quick learner, we will train you.
