ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

International law firm specializing in international tax law, corporate law, probate, trusts and estate litigation, corporate dissolutions, and general civil & business litigation.

For our Honolulu office, we are looking for a full-time litigation associate attorney. 

Responsibilities:

Draft and proofread discovery documents, pleadings, and motions;

Legal research;

Communicate with clients, third parties, court personnel, co-counsel, and opposing counsel;

Attend and assist with preparation for meetings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials;

Review and prepare all types of case-related documents.

Requirements:

Admission to Hawai’i State Bar;

Minimum 5 years of litigation experience;

Strong attention to detail;

Excellent organizational and communication skills;

Good command of IT tools (MS Office, Outlook, Zoom);

Ability to be a self-starter;

Sound integrity.

Salary: $110K-$140K (+ discretionary annual bonus)
