Carmichael Clark, P.S., a Bellingham, WA, law firm established in 1914, seeks an associate attorney to join its busy and diverse civil litigation practice. Cases handled include property, commercial, business, creditor-debtor, land use, environmental, municipal, water law, and other general civil matters. Clients are a mix of large and small businesses in a variety of industries, government entities, associations, and individuals.
The firm provides great staff support, including paralegals and administrative staff, who have been with the firm a long time. The work environment is friendly, respectful, and team-oriented. It also offers a person the opportunity to establish themselves in the Bellingham and Northwest Washington community, and establish and grow a strong practice.
Terms and compensation negotiable. Salary range $80,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and work experience. Competitive benefits include health insurance, 401K, profit-sharing, long-term disability, life insurance, and sick and vacation leave.
