Associate attorney opening in established general practice.  The firm's current practice areas include civil and criminal litigation, probate and estate planning and family law.  Open to expanding areas of practice with experienced attorney. Associate position will be paid on a commission basis based on earnings and/or rental arrangement.

Requirements

Meeting with clients, preparation of pleadings and estate planning documents and appearing in court in Middle Tennessee.  Attorneys experienced in different practice in different areas welcome.
