We serve a diverse client base across several commercial, real estate and estate planning practice areas. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team.

Practice Areas Include:

•        Real Estate Law: Residential & commercial purchase and sale agreements, lease negotiation and drafting, land development, permitting, lease-up, financing, foreclosure.
•        Business Law: Business formation, shareholder and operating agreements, general business counseling.
•        Contract Law: Drafting, review, and interpretation of commercial agreements.
•        Litigation: Commercial litigation in Superior and District Courts, including real estate, construction, financial disputes, and HOA issues.
•        Banking & Finance: Loan documentation, compliance, and dispute resolution.
•        Estate Planning & Probate: Drafting wills, durable powers of attorney, revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, and probate and estate administration.
•        Mediation: Real estate, business, partnership, construction, and financial disputes.

Associate Responsibilities:

•        Manage a caseload across multiple practice areas, with a focus on real estate, business, and estate matters.
•        Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
•        Draft and review contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents.
•        Represent clients in negotiations, court proceedings, and mediations.
•        Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop effective case strategies.
•        Maintain accurate time records and meet billing expectations.

Qualifications:

•        Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
•        Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.
•        3+ years of experience preferred, particularly in real estate, business, or commercial litigation.
•        Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
•        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•        Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
