Position Overview:

 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a commitment to client advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings including hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal analysis and develop case strategies.
• Manage and prioritize a caseload independently and in coordination with senior attorneys.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 0-5 years of experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
