Requirements
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage case files and deadlines efficiently
- Participate in discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review
- Assist in trial preparation and, when appropriate, represent clients in court
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to achieve client objectives
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Washington State (or eligible for reciprocity)
- 1–3 years of litigation experience preferred, but strong new attorneys will be considered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
