We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our Personal Auto Defense team in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal auto defense, with a strong background in insurance defense litigation. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal auto defense cases, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, including insurance companies and policyholders.
• Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay current on legal developments, particularly in personal auto defense and insurance law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership in Texas (additional state bars are a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal auto defense or insurance defense litigation.
• Proven track record of handling cases independently and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
