Prestigious 55 year civil litigation firm is seeking an associate with 0-5 years of experience to join our growing team of litigators. Law firm provides a great environment and working atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Independently handle court appearances, depositions and briefs
Work as part of a team with all levels of experience
Participation in trial preparation and trial
Requirements:
Must be licensed in California
0-5 years of litigation experience, specifically with litigation support, deposition and case preparation
Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery, law and motion, settlement negotations and trial preparation
Compensation commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
