Small plaintiff’s personal injury law firm seeks associate attorney. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about fighting for the rights of injured people. This is an opportunity to use your skills on behalf of others and make a difference. The position includes the following: 

Advise and guide clients. The cases we handle are all types of personal injury matters including auto accidents, premises injuries, and construction accidents.  

Case intake and investigations to assess and build strong cases.

Interview clients, witnesses, and experts.  

Prepare legal documents including complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery. 

Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

Compensation: base salary plus bonus, benefits include 401k, health insurance plan, and paid time off. 

Requirements

Two to five years experience in plaintiff's personal injury practice. Admitted in NY, NJ a plus
