Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation defense practice. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of litigation experience and a solid foundation in discovery, motion practice, and trial work. This role offers immediate, hands-on involvement in case preparation, depositions, and court appearances, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with clarity and precision.
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
Manage discovery, including written responses and production disputes.
Maintain organized case files and documentation.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and participate in case strategy discussions.
Stay informed on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Texas Bar (mandatory).
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment while managing an individual caseload.
