Anthony A. Fatemi LLC seeks Associate Attorney. Req.: JD or LLM from ABA accredited law school & 1 yr. exp. as a law clerk, paralegal, or rel. Exp. must include: researching INA & other laws rel. to asylum; cancellation & withholding of removal; CAT; natz, cons. process., & imm. visa petitions/apps; draft & prep US imm. benefit requests & legal docs for submission to govt agencies & depts; & evaluate clients’ eligibility for US imm. benefits. Must be admitted to practice law in at least 1 US state or DC. Position is based out of Gaithersburg, MD HQ & travel to local USCIS office (approx. 0-1x/week) to attend client interviews or local court to attend hearings.
