Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso & Glassman Law, a prominent mid-sized law firm with offices in Montgomery and Bucks Counties has an immediate opening for an experienced, on-site Associate Attorney to join our growing Municipal Law Practice Group at our Fort Washington, PA location.
We have been providing high-quality legal services in Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties since 2001. We have a strong focus on municipal and local governmental representation, but we also serve individuals and businesses with a wide range of legal needs. Our clients appreciate our experience, thoroughness, and dedication to finding the best possible legal solutions. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and cost-effective approach, offering creative solutions to complex challenges.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar
5–8 years of legal experience, with a strong background in public bidding matters and/or real estate transactions
Demonstrated ability to review, draft, and negotiate real estate contracts, land development documents, and bidding/procurement documents.
Exceptional legal writing, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work directly with municipal officials, and provide clear, timely, and practical legal guidance.
About the Role:
Our firm represents numerous municipalities throughout Montgomery, Bucks, and Delaware Counties in areas including municipal governance, land use, zoning, real estate, employment, education, and general litigation. This position offers the opportunity to:
Work directly with elected and appointed officials, boards, and commissions.
Provide hands-on support with real estate transactions, land use approvals, bidding and procurement, and compliance with municipal codes.
Contribute to meaningful, high-impact legal work shaping communities across the region.
