What we are looking for:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our associate attorney team. The ideal candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the state of California. Ultimately, we are looking for a candidate to join our collaborative working environment, who is enthusiastic about developing their legal expertise and contributing to the continued success of our firm.

Salary considerations are commensurate of the candidate’s level of experience, relevant skills and years of practice.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 0 – 5 years of experience practicing law (post bar clerk will also be considered)
- Proficient in drafting legal documents
- Experience in estate planning, trust, and/or probate law preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with legal research tools (e.g. LexisNexis, CEB) and case management software preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat preferred
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with partners and paralegals to effectively move files through probate, trust, guardianship, and conservatorship administration process
- Non-litigation court appearances related to probate, trust, guardianship, and conservatorship matters
- Draft pleadings and correspondence
- Conduct legal research
