About the Role:
Looking for change? Our firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing team in Northeastern Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers an immediate start and is designed for an attorney who is passionate about the practice of law, brings solid litigation experience, and has demonstrated proficiency in at least one or more practice areas.
You’ll handle matters from intake through resolution, including trial when necessary. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Independently manage litigation matters from start to finish, including trial.
- Provide strategic legal guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in firm development through exceptional client service and optional client generation.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Bar License (Required)
- Reside in Northeastern Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Proven ability to take cases through trial
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage cases start to finish
