The Associate Litigation Attorney will manage a caseload of collection matters, represent clients in court hearings across Indiana, and ensure compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Indiana and have experience in consumer collections, civil litigation, or a related practice area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and proceedings across various Indiana counties.
• Review and sign pleadings, including complaints, motions, and discovery documents.
• Provide legal oversight and direction on case strategy and procedural matters.

• Work collaboratively with support staff, legal assistants, and clients.
