3i Law is looking for forward-thinking legal professionals across practice areas to join our team and support our firm's growth in Hawaii. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of legal experience, entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative attitude, and a book of business. We value community engagement, professional involvement, and leadership development amongst our team.
Relevant practice areas include, but are not limited to: Business and Corporate, Civil / Commercial Litigation, Employment and Labor, Estate Planning / Administration, Elder Law, Intellectual Property, International Transactions, Immigration, Probate, Tax, and Trust and Estates.
No Minimum Billable Hour Requirement. This position has a flexible work structure and the ability to create your own schedule. Meeting space available by request.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Hawaii
- Legal experience (8+ years)
- Book of business
- Excellent legal writing capabilities
- Verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
- Detail-oriented

Salary Range: $135,000 - $275,000+, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
