Position: Civil Assistant Prosecuting Attorney - Civil Division (Unclassified)
Agency: Prosecutor’s Office
Minimum Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio
Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:30 A.M – 4:30 P.M
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
Duties:

Must have a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio;

Preferably have prior civil work experience, although not required;
-
Be comfortable representing various county officials, responding to legal inquiries, researching and writing legal opinions, attending various court hearings and civil trials, and meeting with public officials;

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of professional behavior and impeccable integrity and ethics;
-
Be familiar and comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Westlaw and other Windows based programs.
