About Us:  At Labovitz Law Group, we are skilled lawyers providing reliable, strategic and zealous representation on behalf of clients in Western Pennsylvania in the areas of Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, HOA Law, Business Law and Defamation Law. 

Job Description:  We are looking for a full-time attorney to meet with clients (primarily individuals and small business owners) and go to court. We are looking for a candidate to assist us with civil litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, defamation and real estate litigation. We want a candidate who likes interacting with people, projects confidence, and who possesses strong analytical, legal research and writing skills. Must be licensed in Pennsylvania. Duties include, but are not limited to, advising clients; managing case files; legal research; drafting letters, pleadings and briefs; taking and defending depositions; drafting and answering discovery; trial preparation; and trial assistance.

Experience:  2-5 years

Salary Range:  $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 (salary commensurate with experience)

Work Schedule:  Primarily in-office position with opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week
