Chamberlain McHaney, PLLC is a leading civil litigation firm in Central Texas, seeking a new associate to join the Austin office. We represent clients, including Fortune 500 companies and major insurers, in all major areas of litigation.

We are seeking a civil litigation attorney. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of defense experience in general liability, premises liability, auto accidents, worksite accidents, products liability cases, or construction defect cases, and should possess strong research and writing skills. You will be responsible for all aspects of the cases assigned to you, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions and trials.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active member in good standing with the TX State Bar.
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally with an emphasis in insurance defense.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.

Compensation will be commensurate with your skills and experience.
