About Us: Roach Lennon & Brown, PLLC is a boutique commercial law firm specializing in corporate and commercial transactions, litigation, and estates and trusts. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney skilled in handling complex litigation matters and capable of independently managing their own caseload and providing comprehensive client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.
• Independently manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, including business torts, contract disputes, real estate litigation, and other commercial matters.
• Develop and execute case strategies tailored to client needs and objectives.
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive communication and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to ensure exceptional client service.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in New York State.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to independently manage a caseload and operate with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
