Description
Hirsch & Westheimer, P.C. seeks to immediately hire a Commercial Litigation Attorney.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in the State of Texas
- Must have at least 5-7 years of experience
- Experience with handling a commercial litigation docket, from answering the lawsuit through trial, in both federal and state courts. Banking and/or bankruptcy experience with emphasis on the creditor side is a plus, but is not required.
