AKW LAW, P.C. is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join our growing firm.  We represent individuals who were harmed by their employers.

Successful candidates will demonstrate ability to handle a case from start to finish with minimal supervision.  Attorney will be given the tools and opportunities to handle all aspects of litigation that you may not find at mid- or large-size firms.  

This position will be hybrid.  Must have reliable transportation. 

 Requirements

•       Must have WA law license in good standing at the time of application 
•       Must have at least 3 years of employment litigation experience

Primary Responsibilities

•       Handling discovery; taking and defending depositions 
•       Research and writing; drafting pleadings and motions; oral argument  
•       Communication with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses 
•       Handling all aspects of litigation
