Overview 
Knight Nicastro MacKay is seeking an entry-level 2025 law school graduate with an interest in litigation.  Associate attorneys will be exposed to a variety of cases and obtain experience litigating cases, participating in depositions, court appearances, and trial prep.

Requirements

Requirements:

• License to practice law in Montana (other states a plus)
• Litigation or trial experience (0-3 years)
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent writing skills
