We’re a boutique, client-centered law firm in Chapel Hill looking for an Estate Planning Attorney with 4+ years of experience in this area--and bonus points if you like working with contracts as well! What You’ll Do:
- Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning docs. You’ll be the go-to for estate planning projects, so it’s important that you’re confident with your skills in this area.
- Help clients make confident, informed decisions
- Assist with the review or drafting of surrogacy and donor contracts (building families! no high-stakes corporate drama). This has been the core practice area for the firm, but we’re excited to develop and grow an estate planning practice to meet client demand.

Job Type: Part-time or Full-Time
Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year (plus bonus opportunities)
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Requirements
You Are:
- Licensed in NC
- Experienced in estate planning required; preferred experience/interest in contract drafting and review as well
- LGBTQ+ affirming with a “people-first” approach to your practice
- Organized, responsive, and a strong communicator
