Berluti McLaughlin & Kutchin LLP is seeking a highly experienced estate planning attorney to join our practice. We are particularly interested in candidates with the expertise and client-focused approach to handle complex estate and business succession planning matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. 

This position offers the opportunity not only to service an established client base, but also to grow and expand the practice. We welcome interest from seasoned attorneys considering a lateral move, including those with an existing practice seeking a platform to collaborate, scale, and further develop their client relationships.  We are also open to considering qualified lateral partner candidates who would bring substantial experience and a portable book of business to help drive the continued growth and success of our estate planning practice.
