Sole practitioner with growing practice in estate planning, probate and elder law (guardianship, Medicaid planning, etc.) located in Sherman, Texas seeks experienced attorney and an experienced legal assistant. Duties include counseling clients, designing estate plans, drafting estate planning documents, analyzing decedents’ estates, drafting probate documents, preparing estate tax returns, handling probate litigation, designing Medicaid qualification plans, assisting clients with Medicaid applications, etc. Competitive pay and benefits commensurate with experience. Some experience is required.
