Associate Attorney – Family Law

 BOK Law & Mediation Services, PLLC is an innovative virtual law practice that focuses on family law, estate planning and estate administration.  We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

-       Assist with family law cases, including, but not limited to, divorce, custody and support matters

-       Assist with drafting discovery requests and responses, and review of financial documents

-       Attend and represent clients in court appearances

-       Legal Research

-       Drafting legal documents

Requirements

Qualifications:
- A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school

- Bar admission in Pennsylvania

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to work in an innovative virtual practice

- Family Law experience is preferred
