Description

King & Spalding seeks a highly qualified staff attorney with 4+ years of experience to support its Medicare reimbursement appeals practice in the Washington, D.C. office. Ideally, candidates will have a background in litigation support and experience managing a complex docket as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.  Prior experience with Medicare reimbursement appeals before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board would be a significant plus.  Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, a proven work ethic, careful attention to detail, and flexibility to work after normal business hours as required by filing deadlines.
