What We’re Looking For
We want an attorney who’s not only seasoned but also entrepreneurial—someone with the experience and drive to lead cases, mentor others, and help shape the future of our firm.
Candidate must have:
12+ years of real estate and commercial litigation experience
Heavy client contact experience—you’ve been in the trenches with clients guiding them through tough cases
Proven expertise in:
Real Estate Law
Mortgage Law
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Commercial litigation
Landlord–tenant law
Foreclosure defense
Debt defense
Drafting pleadings, discovery, summary judgment, and motions
Taking depositions, attending mediations, and conducting trials.
Must be Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
Must have An entrepreneurial mindset—a hustler who refuses to play small and is ready to lead.
Requirements
Ability to manage cases independently from intake to resolution
Comfortable being the face of the firm with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Strong courtroom presence and trial experience
Desire and ability to step into leadership and eventually run the litigation department
Must have a book of business otherwise will be required to attend weekly BNI and other networking and Chamber events to draw in business to the firm and promote the brand.

MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH
Strong knowledge of litigation from pre-lit to trial.
Must have significant experience handing and managing clients
Must have significant experience conducting discovery, mediations and drafting pleadings
Ability to manage cases independently from intake to resolution
