MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) is currently hiring Litigation Associate Attorneys with 2-3+ years of defense litigation experience to join one of the following practice groups:
- General Liability & Product Liability (Los Angeles or Irvine)
- Toxic Tort Litigation (San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Los Angeles or Irvine)
- Construction Defect Litigation (San Francisco or Walnut Creek)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California.
- Independently manage a litigation caseload.
- Conduct depositions.
- Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
- Review and analyze discovery requests.
- Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
- Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing.
- Trial preparation and support.
- Maintain accurate time records.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas:
- General Liability or Product Liability litigation
- Complex Litigation, Toxic Tort Liability, or Environmental Liability litigation
- Construction Defect litigation
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to practice in the state of California.
- Experience with motion practice and depositions.
- Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
- Capable of independent work.
- Work in an organized and efficient manner.
- Superior research and writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to analyze complex matters.
