Our growing Minneapolis office has an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of litigation experience. Responsibilities will include client contact and responsibility for managing their own cases. This position offers the flexibility for remote, hybrid, or in-person work.
Skills and Educational Requirements
- JD with excellent academic credentials
- Minimum of five years of experience working on general litigation
- Construction law experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
- Experience with both state and federal court proceedings
- Proven ability to engage directly with clients, delivering clear advice and building trusted relationships
- Demonstrated interest in firm leadership
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
- Minnesota Bar admission in good standing is required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience and book of business
