Must have a JD and be Licensed/ Must reside in or near Austin, TX

Here, you'll be able to polish all litigation and trial skills from:
- Drafting of legal documents
- Answering and objecting to discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Performing legal research
- Arguing motions in court
- Conducting investigative tasks
- Participating at trials
- Conducting and leading case strategy
- Opportunities to collaborate across dockets
- Effectuating settlement disbursements and more.
Qualifications:
JD
Texas License DO NOT APPLY IF NOT LICENSED IN TEXAS
1 - 3 years of practice
Trial experience a plus, but not required
Spanish speaker preferred.
Requirement:
Must Reside in Austin, Texas or the surrounding areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $125,000 - $135,000.00 per year
Significant litigation experience and exposure to the trial lawyer communities and associations in Texas.
Hybrid work set up with two days a week remote guaranteed after training period.
