Medical Malpractice Attorney

Miller Weisbrod Olesky, a Dallas, Texas based top nationally recognized Plaintiff’s law firm, is seeking an experienced medical malpractice and birth injury attorney. The position involves plaintiffs birth injury cases around the country. The candidate must have significant deposition experience in medical malpractice cases including deposing expert witnesses. The position is in Dallas Texas. The candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to Dallas. The ideal candidate must have a strong commitment to representing victims of medical malpractice and providing legal work. Prior practice experience of five years or more is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive legal research, analysis and writing.
• Collaborate with and be mentored by senior lawyers to develop the skills necessary to take effective depositions and be successful in the courtroom.
• Prepare pleadings, written discovery, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Interact with Clients and opposing counsel.
