Nonprofit Attorney
Boston law firm Krokidas & Bluestein LLP, a premier boutique firm, is seeking an experienced nonprofit corporate and tax attorney to join its mission-oriented practice. The firm’s clients include nonprofit loan funds, charter schools, health and human services organizations, and other nonprofit and public organizations. We are a full-service firm for our clients.
The position will involve forming new organizations and applying for tax-exempt status; advising clients on their obligations as tax-exempt organizations and Massachusetts charities; facilitating mergers, corporate affiliations and other forms of restructuring; researching tax and other federal, state and local laws, and preparing memos; and negotiating, reviewing, and drafting documents.

Requirements
Qualified candidates will have at least three (3) years of experience in nonprofit tax and corporate matters. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with top-notch academic credentials, excellent writing skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to analyze and synthesize relevant facts and sources of law.
