Roberts & Roberts is seeking attorneys in our Pre-Litigation Department. These positions can be based in either our office in Tyler, Texas, or in Longview, Texas.

Roberts & Roberts is a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm. Our firm is growing and has served East Texas clients for 40 years. You will join a team of highly respected colleagues, including deeply experienced attorneys and staff, many of whom have practiced personal injury law for decades.

The firm has been featured in national news programs and magazines, including TIME and Newsweek, for taking on opponents such as Firestone, Toyota, and Walmart. Our firm has repeatedly been awarded “Best Law Firm, “Best Attorney,” “Best Place to Work,” and “Biggest Impact on the Community.”

Our Pre-Litigation Attorneys manage cases from inception through settlement unless litigation is needed to resolve the case. We offer a generous contingent-fee compensation system for attorneys, with the attorneys typically receiving one-third of the attorney fees generated in a case.

Annual compensation is expected to range from $125,000 to $175,000 after the first year, though our attorneys often earn more than this. The firm will offer a base salary for an initial period to ensure you have time to build your docket of cases.

The firm offers full benefits, including health and life insurance. We also offer a profit-sharing and a 401(k) pension plan. Our law firm features an array of support staff and other resources for attorneys.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury cases in Texas. Successful candidates must be proactive, self-starters, detail-oriented, and have exceptional client service skills.
