Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney with a proven track record of managing a full caseload from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for injury victims and possess the litigation skills necessary to take cases to trial when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from start to finish
Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client relationships
Investigate and evaluate claims, including evidence and expert coordination
Draft pleadings, discovery, settlement demands, and trial documents
Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations
Negotiate settlements and, when necessary, litigate through trial
Ensure compliance with all deadlines, procedures, and ethical standards
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active New York State Bar license in good standing
Excellent client communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred 1–5+ years of experience handling personal injury cases
Strong litigation skills with courtroom and trial experience preferred
Strong knowledge of New York personal injury law, civil procedure, and rules of evidence
Experience with medical records review and working with expert witnesses
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000+, depending on experience

Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active New York State Bar license in good standing
