Schwed, Adams & McGinley, P.A. is a personal injury litigation law firm located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We are currently seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our practice and play a key role in securing the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
Conduct client consultations, develop case strategies, and provide legal guidance.
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court appearances.
Communicate consistently and compassionately with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.

Requirements

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active bar license in Florida.
2–10 years of personal injury litigation experience preferred (other litigation backgrounds considered).
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
