Pre-Litigation Attorney – Hybrid (Broward & Palm Beach Counties)

We are seeking motivated Pre-Litigation Attorneys to join our team. This is a hybrid position (in-office & remote) handling a caseload of ~200 clients.

What you’ll do:

Guide clients through their medical treatment and options
Draft and prepare settlement demands
Manage and advance pre-litigation cases from intake through resolution

What we’re looking for:

Licensed Florida Attorneys (new or experienced)
Motivated and hungry to grow in personal injury law
Public Defender or State Attorney’s Office backgrounds are a plus
We are hiring 40 attorneys across Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Margate, Boca Raton, Deerfield, Delray, Palm Beach, Wellington, and surrounding areas (within 1 hour of Boca).
