Dykema seeks an attorney with 7-10 years of securities experience to join our Corporate Finance Practice Group. The preferred office location is Milwaukee, but we are also open to candidates in our Bloomfield Hills, Chicago, or San Antonio offices. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a wide range of securities matters, including public and private securities offerings, preparation of registration statements for initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, mergers, proxy statements, and other filings. Additionally, expertise with issues arising under the 1934 Act and Investment Company Act, related disclosures, and other regulatory obligations is strongly preferred. We are looking for an all-around securities expert who can provide support and advice on large IPOs and other public and private securities transactions and lead smaller transactions. This position demands strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, productive team environment, both in-person and remotely. While portable business is welcome, it is not a requirement. Title flexibility may be available based on the candidate’s experience. Admission to practice in the state/location for which you apply is required. For Chicago applicants only, this position range is expected to start at $218,000 (for 7 years of experience) and may increase depending on experience and skillset.
