Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C. (SDV) is a premier law firm dedicated exclusively to representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. With offices in California, Connecticut, and Florida, we are seeking experienced Senior Associate Attorneys (4+ years) to join our rapidly growing team.
This position may be based in any of our offices: California, Connecticut, or Florida.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in:
- Litigating complex insurance coverage matters
- Analyzing and drafting insurance policy language
- Providing strategic insurance coverage opinions
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the California, Connecticut, or Florida Bar
- Substantial litigation experience in state and/or federal court, including pleadings, depositions, and motion practice
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven organizational and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment
- Commitment to client service and professional excellence
What We Offer
- Hybrid work arrangements available based on performance and experience
- National client base – travel may be required for litigation matters
- Competitive compensation: $170,000 – $215,000 annually, commensurate with experience
