Potomac Legal Group seeking a Senior Attorney with Employment Litigation experience in our North Bethesda office.

The position title will be Senior Associate, Counsel, or Senior Counsel, commensurate with successful candidate's experience. Maryland Bar membership is required for this position.

Qualifications & Skills for this Position

• Currently licensed (Active) in Maryland.
• 7+ years of employment law and litigation experience.
• Experience as a trial and/or appellate lawyer for employment matters.
• Experience in the EEOC administrative process and hearings.
• Ability to conduct initial consultations and provide ongoing employment counseling.
• Demonstrated history of independent case management through all phases of litigation.
• Must be able to appear in court.
• Experience drafting demands, motions, and pleadings.
• Must be able to take and defend depositions.
• Experience preparing for and attending trials, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and mediations
• Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate well.
