Description
Lasater & Martin, P.C., a respected civil litigation defense firm, is seeking a talented and experienced litigation attorney with 5–10 years of experience to join our growing Texas office in Las Colinas. This is an in-person position that includes statewide travel for depositions, hearings, and trials.
Our firm handles a broad range of insurance defense and civil litigation matters, including product liability, premises liability, commercial auto, construction defect, dram shop, workplace injury, and general negligence cases.
We are looking for someone who is:
- A strong litigator with experience managing cases from inception through resolution or trial.
- A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making independent decisions and exercising excellent judgment.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in written and oral advocacy.
- Interested in long-term professional growth, including leadership opportunities.
- Eager to contribute to a high-performance team without the rigid billable hour pressures of a large firm.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- Minimum 5 years of litigation and courtroom experience.
- Strong oral advocacy, persuasive writing, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and client service.
