Description

This is a full-time on-site role position for a Title Attorney with 2-5 years experience in New York residential and commercial real estate transactions. The attorney will be responsible for reviewing title examinations, property surveys and legal documents, as well as resolving title issues. Additional responsibilities include advising clients and team members on complex title matters and researching applicable laws and industry regulations to ensure compliance with New York State guidelines. The candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple transactions, and a thorough understanding of title insurance practices in New York. Requirements

JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in NYS
Expertise in Real Estate Law
2-5 years of experience in title law and real estate transactions
Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
Experience with title software is a plus
