- Workers' Compensation Attorney
Description
We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team as we prepare for the retirement of one of our long-time partners. This position offers the opportunity for cross-training in other practice areas and growth if the lawyers would like.
-Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, providing expert legal advice and effective advocacy.
-remote or partial remote or in office at either Arlington Heights or Chicago office.
- Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.
-We will also consider absorbing another practice.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
