Dugan & Associates is currently seeking a full time workers’ compensation lawyer. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced high volume practice. Strong research, writing skills and experience in all aspects of litigation.  J.D. and license in the state of Pennsylvania is required. Salary commensurate with experience. 

Requirements

J.D. and licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.  Minimum of three years’ experience in workers’ compensation is preferred.
