Location: Arlington Heights, IL (Partially Remote Options Available)

We are currently preparing for the retirement of one of our long-time partners and are seeking a motivated attorney to join our team. While the primary focus of this position is workers’ compensation, we are open to cross-training in other practice areas if desired.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney who is motivated, client-focused, and aspires for long-term growth within the firm. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a strong practice, with the potential for leadership in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, providing expert legal advice and strong advocacy.
- Manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Stay current on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys on various legal matters if desired.
- Participate in client consultations and case strategy development.
- (Optional) Opportunity to expand into other practice areas or bring an existing practice to the firm.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $90,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience.
