Cobb & Cole, P.A., a “AV Preeminent” rated law firm with offices in Daytona Beach and DeLand, is seeking a corporate/business law attorney with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to support a shareholder with 30+ years’ of corporate and business law practice.
Candidates must be capable of independent work in basic contract review and drafting, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and structuring, and general business advice. An existing book of business is not required for this position.
